In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 15th day of September, 2018, commencing with SALE #1 at 10:01 a.m. and SALE #2 at 11:00 a.m. ON THE RESPECTIVE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned lawsuit, to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically and, at least, pursuant to an ORDER (entered July 19, 2017).

SALE #1: 7.69 acres+ located at Midway Road (a/k/a State Hwy. 348) with road frontage to Midway Road & Hightop Road & Solomon Lane and described as follows: [Map 95, Parcel 25]

SITUATED in the 19th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows: A tract of land lying in Midway, Tennessee, on the South side of the highway, and bounded as follows:

BEGINNING at G. A. Beach’s corner near the C. P. Church, thence South 45 deg. East 11 3/5th poles to a poplar stump; thence South 70 deg. East 4 ½ poles to a stake near a cedar; thence North 70 deg. East 56 poles to a stake near a gate; thence North 28 deg. West 27 poles to the Pike Road; thence with Beach’s line 55 poles to the BEGINNING.

The undersigned inherited the property from their father, Uriah M. Clemmer who died on May 3, 2003, his Will being probated at Probate Case No. 2003P116 in the office of the Probate Division of the Chancery Court for Greene County, Tennessee.

For further source of title see a Quitclaim Deed from Jack Grantham and Clara Grantham Silvey to the children of Uriah M. Clemmer, Jr., recorded at Book 446A, page 484, and a Quitclaim Deed from Claudius G. Clemmer to the same persons recorded at Deed Book 446A, page 487 in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

For source of title of J. G. Greer in a 15 acre tract from which this parcel came, see a deed dated July 14, 1903, recorded at Deed Book 78, page 633. Ida Greer was an heir of J. G. Greer and together with U. M. Clemmer and Lucy Clemmer conveyed 5 acres of the 15 acres to G. A. Beach and wife by a deed dated January 8, 1931, recorded at Deed Book 124, page 548 in said Register’s Office.

 

SALE #2: 29.08+ located at Livingston Lane [off McDonald Road (a/k/a State Hwy. 348)] and described as follows: [Map 94, Parcel 28]

SITUATED in the 19th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a hickory and a stake in Ragan’s line and corner to Lot formerly assigned to R. S. Clemmer and running thence with the line of said lot North 23 deg. East 49 3/5th poles to a rock near a “pair of bars,” corner to Lot No. 1; thence with said lot North 84 ½ deg. East 29 poles to a rock and pointer; thence with same South 73 1/4 deg. East 31 2/5th poles to a post oak on a ridge; thence North 70 deg. East 30 poles to a rock; thence South 18 deg. East 15 2/5th poles to a cedar; thence South 24 deg. West 40 poles to a post; thence North 69 deg. West 6 ½ poles to a cedar; thence South 30 deg. West 17.9 poles to a pine on the Ragan line; thence with Ragan North 79 deg. West 10 poles to a stake; thence with same North 80 deg. West 72 poles to the BEGINNING, containing 29 ½ acres, more or less.

The undersigned inherited the property from their father, Uriah M. Clemmer who died on May 3, 2003, his Will being probated at Probate Case No. 2003P116 in the office of the Probate Division of the Chancery Court for Greene County, Tennessee. For further source of title see a Quitclaim Deed of an interest from Claudius G. Clemmer recorded at Book 446A, page 489. For further sources of title of U. M. Clemmer, Jr. reference is made to Deed Book 140, page 247, and Deed Book 425, page 527, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
