the same property conveyed to Troy Morelock and wife, Selma
Morelock by Warranty Deed of Tulin Hawk, widow of Junius Hawk,
and L. E. Hawk and wife, Hilda Hawk, dated November 18, 1970, of
record in Deed Book No. 285, page 106, Register’s Office for
Greene County, Tennessee. The said Selma Morelock predeceased
Troy Morelock. The said Troy Jackson Morelock died intestate on
July 25, 2007 (Probate File No. 2008-P-245) a citizen and
resident of Greene County, Tennessee, leaving as his sole
heirs-at-law, his children, Edna Holt, Troy Myrl Morelock and
Donald Ray Morelock. FOR FURTHER reference see Deed Book No.
