In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court (Probate Division) at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Friday, the 11TH day of November, 2011, beginning at 3:59 p.m. ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause, and located in the 3rd  Civil District, Greene County, Tennessee. The address of the subject manufactured home and 2.46 A+ is:  276 Troy Morelock Lane; Greeneville, TN 37743 [Map 142, Parcel 24].

Pursuant to the orders of the Chancery Court for Greene County (Probate Division), specifically the ORDER, entered/filed May17, 2011, as well as the ORDER entered/filed October 24, 2011, Kay Solomon Armstrong is ordered to sell, as Special Commissioner/Master, the subject house and lot described as follows:

West, 213.91 feet to a set stone found and South 61 deg. 13 min. 00 sec. West, 38.78 feet to an iron pin found (1" pipe), common corner of Ruel Russell et ux (DB-400A, P-1267); thence with the line of Russell four (4) calls as follows: North 41 deg. 20 min. 30 sec. West, 144.32 feet to an iron pin found (1" pipe), North 41 deg. 19 min. 00 sec. West, 320.71 feet to an iron pin found (1" x 4" iron), North 10 deg. 48 min. 10 sec. West, 184.87 feet to an iron pin found (1" pipe) and North 60 deg. 27 min. 00 sec. East, 110.99 feet to a ½" iron pin w/Azimuth cap (set this survey) 25 feet Westerly from the centerline of Troy Morelock Lane; thence with Troy Morelock Lane nine (9) calls as follows: on a curve with an arc of 118.97 feet, a radius of 227.00 feet and a chord bearing South 13 deg. 58 min. 09 sec. East, 117.61 feet to a point, South 28 deg. 59 min. 00 sec. East, 57.28 feet to a point, South 15 deg. 54 min. 00 sec. East, 62.59 feet to a point, South 28 deg. 26 min. 00 sec. East, 28.96 feet to a point, South 41 deg. 06 min. 00 sec. East, 25.47 feet to a ½" iron pin w/Azimuth cap (set this survey)(and designated as end of county maintenance), North 48 deg. 54 min. 00 sec. East, 50.00 feet to a ½" iron pin w/Azimuth cap (set this survey)(and designated as end of county maintenance), North 41 deg. 06 min. 00 sec. West, 19.92 feet to a point, North 28 deg. 26 min. 00 sec. West, 17.92 feet to a point and North 15 deg. 54 min. 00 sec. West, 47.40 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 2.46 acres, more or less, according to survey titled “Survey of the Troy J. Morelock Estate – Chancery Court #2008-P-245” of Daniel R. Coffey, RLS Tennessee No. 1578, Azimuth Engineering, Inc., dated August 11, 2011.

BEING a portion of the same property conveyed to Troy Morelock and wife, Selma Morelock by Warranty Deed of Tulin Hawk, widow of Junius Hawk, and L. E. Hawk and wife, Hilda Hawk, dated November 18, 1970, of record in Deed Book No. 285, page 106, Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. The said Selma Morelock predeceased Troy Morelock. The said Troy Jackson Morelock died intestate on July 25, 2007 (Probate File No. 2008-P-245) a citizen and resident of Greene County, Tennessee, leaving as his sole heirs-at-law, his children, Edna Holt, Troy Myrl Morelock and Donald Ray Morelock.
