133E, Group A, Parcels 10 & 40] Pursuant to the orders of the Chancery Court for Greene County, specifically the ORDER TO SELL REAL PROPERTY AND TO APPOINT SPECIAL COMMISSIONER, entered April 11, 2012 in Probate Minute Book 178, pages 25-27, as well as the ORDER, entered April 12, 2012 in Probate Minute Book 178, pages 42-43, Kay Solomon Armstrong is ordered to sell, as Special Commissioner/Master the improved real property described as follows: PARCEL NO. 1: BEING the same
property conveyed to Charles A. Mitchell and wife, Thelma J.
Mitchell, by Warranty Deed of Jimmie B. Crockett and wife,
Matilda J. Crockett, dated April 27, 1977, and which is of
record in Deed Book 340, page 510, in the Register’s Office for
Greene County, Tennessee.
Charles A. Mitchell died March 9, 2008.
Thelma Mitchell died on October 1, 2010.

Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. This
conveyance is made subject to Restrictive Covenants of record in
Title, Bond and Agreement Book 18, page 432, and as amended in
Title, Bond and Agreement Book 19, page 7, Register’s Office for
