In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Friday, the 25th day of May, 2012, beginning at 3:59 p.m. ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause(s), to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause(s), and located in the 9th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee. The address of the subject property is as follows: 315 Sequoia Trail; Greeneville, Tennessee  37743.  [Map 133E, Group A, Parcels 10 & 40] 

Pursuant to the orders of the Chancery Court for Greene County, specifically the ORDER TO SELL REAL PROPERTY AND TO APPOINT SPECIAL COMMISSIONER, entered April 11, 2012 in Probate Minute Book 178, pages 25-27, as well as the ORDER, entered April 12, 2012 in Probate Minute Book 178, pages 42-43, Kay Solomon Armstrong is ordered to sell, as Special Commissioner/Master the improved real property described as follows:

PARCEL NO. 1:
SITUATE in the 9th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows:
BEING Lot No. 33 in Block A of the Sequoia Hills Estates Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in Plat Book 8, page 104, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, to which reference is here had and made for a more complete and accurate description.

BEING the same property conveyed to Charles A. Mitchell and wife, Thelma J. Mitchell, by Warranty Deed of Jimmie B. Crockett and wife, Matilda J. Crockett, dated April 27, 1977, and which is of record in Deed Book 340, page 510, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Charles A. Mitchell died March 9, 2008.  Thelma Mitchell died on October 1, 2010.  For an Order for Kay S. Armstrong, Special Commissioner, to sell the real property, see File No. 11P00071 in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

This conveyance is made subject to Restrictive Covenants of record in Title, Bond and Agreement Book 18, page 432, and as amended in Title, Bond and Agreement Book 19, page 7, Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

PARCEL NO. 2:
SITUATE in the 9th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being Lot No. 34, Block A, Sequoia Hills Estates as shown by plat of record in Plat Book 8, page 104, Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, to which reference is here made for a more complete description.

SUBJECT to restrictions recorded in Title, Bond and Agreement Book 18, page 432, Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, and Amendment to Restrictions recorded in Title, Bond and Agreement Book 19, page 7, Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

BEING the same property conveyed to Charles A. Mitchell and wife, Thelma J. Mitchell, by Warranty Deed of Jimmie B. Crockett and wife, Matilda J. Crockett, dated April 27, 1977, and which is of record in Deed Book 340, page 512, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Charles A. BEING the same property conveyed to Charles A. Mitchell and wife, Thelma J. Mitchell, by Warranty Deed of A.D. Golden and wife, Pearl Golden, dated May 7, 1986, and which is of record in Deed Book 397, page 251, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Charles A. Mitchell died March 9, 2008.  Thelma Mitchell died on October 1, 2010.  For an Order for Kay S.
