In obedience to Judgments/Orders of
the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the
above-styled case, I will on
Thursday, the
2nd
day of
June, 2022, beginning
at 5:30
p.m.,
ON THE PREMISES,
SELL, without the
right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the
Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the
best and highest bidder, the real property, as well as certain
personalty, described in the corresponding papers, filed in the
above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to
the DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND ORDER OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE AND
PERSONALTY (entered 3/23/2022).
SITUATE in the 19th Civil
District of Greene County, Tennessee, to-wit:
Adjoining the lands of C. N. Crockett on the south; Ricker on
the north; Bud Kirk on the east; Ricker and Crockett on the
west, and BEGINNING at a stake in line of right-of-way, North 2̊
east 11 poles to a rock; North 28̊ east 1/2 pole to stake; North
2̊ east 2 poles to a rock, corner to Ricker; South 58-1/2̊ West
15 poles to a rock in Ricker’s line; South 20̊ East 13 poles to
a rock; North 62̊ East 9 poles to the beginning, containing one
acre, more or less, with the right to use and all benefits of
the right-of-way as set out in deed of Cornelius Wampler and
wife, Ada Ruth Wampler, to I. A. Kesterson, et ux, of record in
Deed Book 140, Page 403, in the Register's Office for Greene
County, Tennessee.
BEING the
same property conveyed to Ralph Solomon and wife, Dorothy
Solomon, as tenants by the entirety, by deed of Marie McCamey,
dated March 14, 1960, and appearing of record in Deed Book 210,
page 487, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
Ralph Solomon predeceased his
wife having died on September 18, 1988.
Dorothy Ann Solomon died
intestate on July 25, 2020, and was survived by Carol Adams,
Granville Solomon, Ralph David Solomon and Douglas Eugene
Solomon who constitute her sole heirs at law and next of kin.

Probate File No. 2021-PR-291 and Civil Action No. 2021-CV-437,
in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

AND ORDER OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE AND PERSONALTY appointing the
Clerk and Master as Special Commissioner to sell the property
which has been entered in Case No. 2021-CV-437, in the Clerk &
Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

Midland Funding, LLC.

Sale of real
property will be made 10% down day of sale with the remainder
paid on or before thirty (30) days from the date of auction.
BID(S) SHALL NOT BE LEFT OPEN. ALL PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD “AS IS”
WITH NO WARRANTIES, and with no representation being made as to
the state of the title or the accuracy of the legal description
of the real property. The Clerk & Master has undertaken NO
inspections, examination or full clean-up of the real property.
