The highest bid received on August 11, 2012, ON THE PREMISES, at 1777 Charles Johnson Road; Limestone, Tennessee   [Map 78, Parcel 1.04] was $41,000.  Said BID may be RAISED, until noon on August 22 (Wed.), by delivering, in writing, a raised bid to the Greene County Clerk & Master, as well as by registering with Greeneville Real Estate & Auction Team.  [See contact info below.] Bids, to the Clerk & Master, will be accepted by hand-delivery, U. S. Postal Service, fax or email. 

However, the bidder is responsible for ascertaining proper receipt of his/her bid, by the Greene County Clerk & Master AND proper receipt of his/her registration with the Greeneville Real Estate & Auction Team, prior to August 22, 2012 at noon.

Further, run-off bidding, concerning previously submitted bids, will occur, in the Greene County Clerk & Master's Office located on the lower level of the Greene County Courthouse (101 S. In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 11th day of August, 2012, beginning at 10:01 a.m. ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause(s), to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause(s), and located in the 15th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee. BEING the same property conveyed to Richard E. Roth by warranty deed of Floyd Ayers, dated June 16, 2008, and appearing of record in Deed Book 450A, page 167, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Richard E. Roth died testate on May 31, 2011 and pursuant to the terms of his Last Will and Testament which appears of record in Will Book 72, page 88, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, he devised his real property to Janice Russell.  For further reference see an Order for the Sale of Real Property entered in the Estate of Richard Roth, Case No. 11P00046, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, whereby Kay S. Armstrong, as Special Commissioner was authorized to sell the real property.
