In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 5th  day of June, 2021, beginning at 10:01 a.m., ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the ORDER (entered 3/30/2021).

SITUATE in the 10th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being parts of Lot Nos. 121A, 121B and 122A of the Redivision of the Idlewild Park Addition to the Town of Greeneville by L. G. Bird as shown by a plat of record in Plat Book 2, page 121 in the Register’s Office for said County, and more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron stake, a corner to the property now owned by David Fain Doud and bearing South 38 deg. 47 min. East, 100 feet from the intersection of the North right-of-way line of Chestnut Street and the East right-of-way line of Juniper Street; thence with the line of said Doud and the line of Oscar Peters, North 51 deg. 13 min. East, 150 feet to a stake in line of Lot No. 122B; thence with said Lot South 38 deg. 47 min. East, 50 feet to an iron stake in line of Lot No. 104; thence with the line of Lot No. 104 and Lot No. 103, South 51 deg. 13 min. West, 150 feet to the North right-of-way line of Chestnut Street; thence with the right-of-way line of said Chestnut Street, North 38 deg. 47 min. West, 50 feet to a point of BEGINNING.

BEING the same property conveyed to Billy Joe Waddell and wife, Doris Mildred Waddell by deed of George L. Lamb and wife, Bonnie Lamb, dated July 12, 1956, of record in Deed Book No. 196, page 407, Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Billy Joe Waddell died November 29, 2017, leaving his wife, Doris Mildred Waddell, as the owner of the real estate as the surviving tenant by the entireties. Doris Mildred Waddell died intestate on June 5, 2018. Reference is made to administration of her Estate in Greene County, Tennessee Probate File #2019-PR-16.
