SITUATE in the 11th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin in the easterly right of way line of Kite Road and corner to Bonnie Christiano; thence with the line of Christiano, S. 82 deg. 39 min. 00 sec. E., 686.28 ft. to an iron pin; thence with the line of Christiano and Ruth Kilday Heirs Farm S. 2 deg. 31 min. 00 sec. E., 346.21 ft. to a fence post; thence S. 89 deg. 30 min. 00 sec. W., 429.00 ft. to an iron pin corner to a 1.50 acre tract; thence with said tract N. 0 deg. 30 min. 00 sec. W., 190.50 ft. to an iron pin; thence N. 82 deg. 39 min. 00 sec. W., 298.41 ft. to an iron pin in the right of way line of Kite Road; thence with said road, N. 8 deg. 23 min. 0 sec. BEING the same property conveyed to Harold D. Kirkpatrick and wife, Katherine L. Kirkpatrick, by warranty deed from Bonnie Bell Paul Christiano, dated May 28, 1997, and recorded in Deed Book 66A, page 69, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

1980 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, FLT and a four-wheeler.
