In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 23rd day of November, 2019, beginning at 10:01 a.m.., ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the following ORDERS:  ORDER OF REFERENCE (entered 7/19/2018); Default Judgment; Judgment On The Pleadings And Order of Sale (entered 1/24/2019).

SITUATE in the 8th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being known as Lot Nos. 12R and 13R of the replat of Lots 12 & 13 of Myers Acres Subdivision, a plat of record in cabinet K, slide 253, Registers Office for Greene County, Tennessee, to which reference is hereby made and incorporated herein. BEING a portion of the same property conveyed to Mildred Jeffers by Warranty Deed of Lacy Michael Brown and wife, Dorothy Jane Brown, dated May 22, 1978, and which is of record in Deed Book 345 page 86, in the Registers Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Mildred Jeffers Murdock died intestate on December 4, 2006, and was survived by her husband, Samuel Murdock, Sr., and her five (5) children, Treva Murphy, Sandra Belcher, Patricia (Patty) Jeffers Sosa, Janice Moncier and David Jeffers, who constitute her sole heirs at law and next of kin to which further reference is made to Probate file no. 2018-PR-57, in the Clerk & Masters Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Samuel Morelock, Sr., died intestate on June 6, 2017, and was survived by his son, Samuel Murdock, Jr., who constitutes his sole heir at law and next of kin. For further reference see an Affidavit of Heirship of David Jeffers and Sandra Belcher, which appears of record in Deed Book 624A, page 1193, in the Registers Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Kay Solomon Armstrong, as Special Commissioner, was designated to sell the property by Default Judgment; Judgment on the Pleadings and Order of Sale entered on January 24, 2019, in the matter of the above captioned lawsuit on file in the Clerk & Masters Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Sale is SUBJECT to the restrictions for Myers Acres Subdivision as recorded in Title, Bond and Agreement Book 22, page 159, in said Registers Office; and subject to all governmental zoning and subdivision ordinances in effect thereon; and subject to all telephone and utility easements.

OTHERS HAVING INTERESTS in the real property or matters affecting title may include the following:  Laughlin Memorial Hospital, Inc., with respect to Joe Murphy and Treva Murphy and Capital One Bank (USA), with respect to Patricia S. Jeffers. [See Deed Books 264A, page 469 / 506A, page 2768 and Deed Book 474A, page 884, respectively, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.]

The Clerk & Master has undertaken NO inspections, examination or full clean-up of the real property.
