Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the

Pursuant to the orders of the Chancery Court for Greene
County, specifically the ORDER, entered January 25, 2012 in
Minute Book 177 at pages 531-532, Kay Solomon Armstrong is
ordered to sell, as Special Commissioner/Master, the improved
real property described as follows:
TRACT I: SITUATE in the 14th Civil District of Greene
County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as
follows: BEGINNING on a stone in the middle of the road in
Fraker’s line and corner to Henry Ellis and running thence with
Fraker’s line North 56 3/4 West, 80 4/5 poles to a stone in
Berry’s line and corner to Fraker; thence with the line of Berry
and the line of Dr. Ellis in a southern direction to a stone
A.J. Kilday’s corner; thence with his line two courses in an
easterly direction to a stone on the knob in the old Henderson
line, also Shields line; with same North 32 deg. East and with
Shoun’s line to a stake and pointers, Hubbard’s corner; with his
line North 30 West, 9 poles to a stump in his corner; South 46
3/4 _ 22 links to a stake, Henry Ellis corner; with his line
North 57 West, 49 2/5 poles to a stake in the middle of a road;
thence with said road North 38 ½ East, 6 poles to the place of
BEGINNING, containing 73 acres, more or less. However, there is
excepted from the foregoing boundary one lot or parcel of land
on the East, containing one acre, more or less, heretofore sold
by William Clark and wife.
TRACT II: BEGINNING at a stake
in the road; running North 38 1/4 East, 9 poles to a stake in
the road, Fraker’s line; with said line South 56 ½ East, 49 2/5
poles; same a southwesterly course 5 1/10 poles to a stump, said
H. D. Fraker’s corner; thence with said line South 30 East, 9
poles to a stake on the top of a knob, said H.D. Fraker’s
corner; thence 56 ½ West, 57 9/10 _ poles to the place of
BEGINNING, containing by estimation 2 4/5 acres, more or less.
TRACT III: BEGINNING on a set stone, a corner to C.C.
Berry and running thence South 29 deg. 55 min. West, 11.00 chs.
to a post oak stump pointed by a white oak stump; South 21 deg.
12 min. West, 2.84 chs. to a stake in a sink, said stake
witnessed as follows: North 19 3/4 deg. West, 0.80 chs. to a
marked white oak; North 26 deg. West, 0.42 chs. to a marked
persimmon, a corner to the heirs of S.S. Monk; thence with their
line, North 66 deg. 20 min. West, 6.25 chs. to a set stone, a
corner to Stanley Monk, etal, in the line of the said Monk
heirs; thence with said Stanley Monk, etal North 35 deg. 35 min.
East, 13.92 chs. to a stake on C.C. Berry’s line; thence with
said Berry’s line South 67 deg. 40 min. East, 4.50 chs. to the
BEGINNING, containing 7.12 acres, more or less, according to
survey made by C.W. Rhea, Surveyor. THERE IS EXCEPTED
HEREFROM THE FOLLOWING: 26.8 acres conveyed in Deed Book 176,
page 249, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee;
1.57 acres conveyed in Deed Book 364, page 452, in the
Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee; .53 acres
conveyed in Deed Book 418, page 541, in the Register’s Office
for Greene County, Tennessee; .93 acres conveyed in Deed Book
41A, page 812, in the Register’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee; .50 acres conveyed in Deed Book 376A, page 1812, in
the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee; 1.28 acres
and .63 acres conveyed in Deed Book 407A, page 1521, and
corrected in Deed Book 444A, page 1502, in the Register’s Office
for Greene County, Tennessee; 13.42 acres conveyed in Deed Book
300A, page 166, in the Register’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee; 22.24 acres conveyed in Deed Book 444A, page 1504, in
the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee; and 9.3
acres conveyed in Deed Book 449A, page 2637, in the Register’s
Office for Greene County, Tennessee. BEING a portion of the
same property conveyed to Clayton Ragsdale and wife, Frances
Ragsdale, and Troy Ragsdale, which appears of record in Deed
Book 175, page 76, in the Register’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee. Also, being the same property conveyed to Clayton
Ragsdale and wife, Frances Ragsdale, by deed of Troy Ragsdale,
dated January 17, 1950, and appearing of record in Deed Book
176, page 222, in the Register’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee. Clayton Ragsdale predeceased his wife. Frances Wyona
Ragsdale died testate in Greene County, Tennessee, on July 13,
2010, and devised a life estate to her son, Jerry Clayton
Ragsdale, and the remainder interest to her daughters, Judy
Carolyn Burger and Nancy Jane Trentham. For further reference
see an Order appointing Kay S. Armstrong, Clerk & Master, as
Special Commissioner to sell the real estate which appears of
record in the Estate of Frances Wyona Ragsdale, Chancery Court
No. 11P00113, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee.
