In obedience to Judgments/Orders of
the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the
above-styled case, I will on
Saturday, the
9th
day
of July, 2022, beginning at
10:01
a.m.,
ON THE PREMISES, SELL,
without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and
subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned
cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property,
described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above
referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the
AGREED ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL ESTATE (entered 3/1/2022).
SITUATE, lying
and being in the 15th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee
and more particularly Described as follows: BEGINNING
at an iron pin in the southerly margin of the 50 foot right of
way Grant Road and running thence with the common boundary of
Knuckles South 25 deg. 4 min. 40 sec. East 127.5 feet to a fence
post; thence with the common boundary of Everette Gosnell four
calls as follows: South 42 deg. 6 min. East 141.72 feet to an
iron pin, North 29 deg. 7 min. 40 sec. East 132.28 feet to an
iron pin, North 43 deg. 28 min. 45 sec. West 79.22 feet to an
iron pin, North 44 deg. 30 min. West 100.24 feet to an iron pin
in the right of way of Grant Road; thence with the said right of
way South 74 deg. 55 min. West 91.84 feet, to the point of
beginning containing .59 Acres, more or less, according to a
Survey of Daniel R. Coffey Dated November 12, 1999.
BEING the
same property conveyed to Ellison D. Jones and Mary D. Jones, by
Special Warranty Deed of CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates
Series 2006-8, dated August 12, 2009, and which is of record in
Deed Book 470A, page 2719, in the Register’s Office for Greene
County, Tennessee.
Mary D. Jones predeceased her
husband having died May 12, 2010.
Ellison D. Jones died intestate
on April 19, 2021, and was survived by his brother, John Lionel
Jones, and his sister, Mary Kathleen Smith, who constitute his
sole heirs at law and next of kin.
For further reference see an
AGREED ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL ESTATE and appointing the
Clerk and Master, as Special Commissioner, to sell the real
property which appears of record in Probate File No. 2022-PR-19,
in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

INTERESTS in the real property or matters affecting title may
include the following: State of Tennessee-Bureau of TennCare.
