In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 30th day of July, 2022, beginning at 10:01 a.m., ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property, described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to ORDER of SALE  (entered Jan. 4, 2022).

SITUATE, lying and being in the 2nd Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee and more particularly Described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake in the right-of-way line of a public road and running with the remaining lands of Massey South 12 deg. West 290.5 feet to a stake; thence with same North 84 deg. West 150 feet to a stake; thence with same North 12 deg. East 290.5 feet to a stake in the public road; thence with said road right-of-way line South 84 deg. East 150 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 1 acre more, or less.

BEING the same property conveyed to WANDA MARIE ARRINGTON by Quitclaim  Deed from David L. Arrington and wife, Wanda Marie Arrington, and Lee Anna Westmoreland, dated April 1, 2013, of record in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee at Greeneville, in Deed Book524A, page 642.

or further reference see ORDER of SALE (entered Jan. 4, 2022), as well as subsequent ORDER (entered June, 2022), appointing the Clerk and Master, as Special Commissioner, to sell the real property which appears of record in the solemn form probate Docket  number 2020-CV-191, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
