RADIO GREENEVILLE FILLED ONE FULL-TIME POSITION DURING THE PREVIOUS YEAR.  WE PUBLICIZED THAT THE OPENING IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT WAYS, LOCALLY, REGIONALLY, AND NATIONALLY.  ADVERTISIMENTS REQUESTING APPLICATIONS AS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER WERE PLACED IN THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER, AIRED ON OUR STATIONS, DISPLAYED ON THE LOCAL CABLE COMMUNITY PAGE, AND RAN IN REGIONAL NEWSPAPERS.  IN ADDITION, THE OPENING WAS POSTED AND USED THROUGH THOSE NEWSPAPERS’ WEBSITES, AS WELL AS THE WEBSITE HOSTED BY THE TENNESSEE ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS AND BY ALLACCESS.COM.  OUR STATION UNITS HAVE LONG PARTENERED WITH AREA COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES WITH INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS AND WITH THEIR BROADCASTING DEPARTMENTS.  THOSE INSTITUTIONS WERE CONTACTED AND ASKED TO INFORM THEIR CURRENT AND PAST STUDENTS OF AN OPENING.  WE HAVE ALSO WORKED WITH OTHER EMPLOYEMENT AGENCIES WITH INTERNSHIPS IN THE PAST, AND REQUESTED THEY ALSO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION TO THEIR CLIENTS.
