Custody Battle Begins

A Knoxville Courtroom will be the setting today as relatives of the only survivor of April's Baileyton shootings fight for custody of the child. 2 year old Peter Lillelid was critically wounded, but survived the shootings in which his mother, father, and sister were killed. Now, relatives on both sides of the child's family are fighting over custody of him. Meanwhile, a court hearing is scheduled in Greeneville next month for some of the six suspects in the crime.
