March 20, 1998 - Last Prisoners Transferred
The last of the six Kentuckians sentenced to life in prison without parole have been transfered out of Greene County.

Crystal Sturgill, Natasha Cornett and Karen Howell were transfered to the Womens Prison in Nashville this morning. Joe Risner and Dean Mullins were transfered early Tuesday morning to Brushy Mountain State Prison in Morgan County while 15 year old Jason Bryant was taken to Taft Youth Center on Wednesday.

The six were sentenced a week ago today for their involvement in the April 1997 Roadside murders of three members of the Lillelid Family off I-81 in Greene County.
