obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at
Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on
Thursday, the 18th day
of October, 2018, beginning at
5:00 p.m., ON THE
PREMISES, SELL,
without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and
subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned
cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property
described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above
referenced cause and specifically and, at least, pursuant to an
ORDER OF SALE (entered
August 16, 2018).
SITUATE in the 20th Civil
District of Greene County, Tennessee and being Lot No. 6 of the
Guy Dickson Property, a plat of which is found of record in Plat
Cabinet A, Slide 7, Register’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee, to which reference is here made for a more complete
description.
BEING the same property conveyed to WILLARD EATON by Warranty
Deed from Shawn Hinkle and Shannon Hinkle and Roy Davis and
wife, Pam Davis, dated August 12, 2009, which appears of record
in Deed Book 469A, page 2772-2773, in the Register’s Office for
Greene County, Tennessee.
Further, BEING the same property
conveyed to Shannon Hinkle and Shawn Hinkle by deed of Lucky L.
Shelton, Sr., dated February 19, 1998, which appears of record
in Deed Book 89A, page 114, in the Register’s Office for Greene
County, Tennessee. SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS:
No junkyards, no establishments
for the sale of alcoholic beverages, and no disabled or
unlicensed vehicles are to be located on any lot or tract.
Mobile homes are permitted, provided that they are underpinned
with factory materials designed for such purposes.
Sale is subject to any valid lien(s). The proceeds derived from
the sale of said real property will be applied to the payment
first to the expenses of this sale, including court costs, then
to the payment of any indebtedness resulting from any valid
encumbrance(s) upon the subject realty.

Court (Probate Division).]
