described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced
cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the following ORDER(S):

Robbie Bales Broyles Property, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northwesterly side of Roaring Fork Road,
and corner to Tract 2; thence along the line of Tract 2, North 46 deg.
50 min. West, 1172.95 feet to an iron pin, corner to Jim Dixon; thence
along the Dixon line, North 5 deg. 27 min. East, 445.73 feet to a post;
thence North 75 deg. 36 min. East, 286.35 feet to a post; thence North 5
deg. 16 min. East, 176.20 feet to a post, corner to Ottis Bales; thence
along the Ottis Bales line, South 23 deg. 33 min. East, 1252.75 feet to
a post; thence South 75 deg. 49 min. East, 176.23 feet to an iron pin at
Roaring Fork Road; thence along said road, South 17 deg. 26 min. West,
165.75 feet to a point; thence continuing along said road, South 36 deg.
15 min. West, 174.36 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 13.19
acres, more or less, according to survey of Michael Glass, dated April
10, 1985.
BEING the same property conveyed to Gary
Westmoreland by Warranty Deed of William Westmoreland and wife, Betty
Westmoreland, dated December, 2002, and found of record in Deed Book
305A, page 799, in the Register's Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
