an iron pin found; and North 40 deg. 23 min. 00 sec. East, 143.47 feet
to an iron pin found, corner to Jay Cooter; thence with Jay Cooter, due
East 519.46 Feet to a 20” oak; thence South 87 deg. 29 min. 00 sec.
East, 445.49 feet to a fence post, corner to Charles Cooter; thence with
Charles Cooter, crossing a 100’ power line right of way, two calls as
follows:
South 45 deg. 28 min. 30 sec. East, 461.57 feet to
a fence post; and South 41 deg. 11 min. East, 83.78 feet to a fence
post, corner to Malone; thence with Malone, three calls as follows:

hickory, crossing a 100’ power line right of way; North 83 deg. 27 min.
00 sec. West, 124.22 feet to a 10” stump; and South 78 deg. 08 min. 00
sec. West, 226.06 feet to a 18” snag, corner to Tract No. 3; thence with
Tract No. 3, North 9 deg. 43 min. 00 sec. West, 213.85 feet to an iron
pin set; and North 72 deg. 58 min. 00 sec. West, 724.55 feet to the
BEGINNING, containing 16.45 acres, more or less.
SUBJECT to all telephone and utility easements.
BEING the same property conveyed to
Stephanie J. Westmoreland by Warranty Deed of Jeff Smith and wife,
Debbie Smith, dated August 18, 2003, of record in Deed Book 344A, Page
2280, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
