In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled cause, I will on Friday evening, the 21st day of November, 2008, beginning at 5:30 p.m. ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned lawsuit, to the best and highest bidder, the real property  described in the corresponding pleadings/orders and located in the 23rd Civil District of Greene County at 365 Colvert Road; Greeneville, TN  37743: [Tax Map 61, Parcel 106]

SITUATE in the 23rd Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, a house and 1 A+, and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING on a rock in Cook’s line; thence North 9 East 11-1/2 poles to a rock in Cash corner; South 83 East 27 poles to Hull’s corner; thence 29 poles to the beginning, containing 1 Acre, more or less.  Also conveyed is 10 foot right-of way running from said land and along the South side of Hull’s farm to the public road.  This right-of-way adjoins the land of Jim Reynolds and Jack Johnson.

BEING the same property conveyed to Velma Tarlton by deed of Herbert Dean and wife, Allie Dean, dated March 10, 1965, and found of record in Deed Book 233, page 574, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
