In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at
Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on
Thursday, the
10th day of

2019, beginning at
5:30 p.m.,
ON
THE PREMISES, SELL,
without the right of redemption or
equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered
in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder,
the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed
in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least,
pursuant to the following ORDERS:
ORDER (entered 9/17/2019);
ORDER FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND ORDER OF REFERENCE (entered
1/2/2019).
SITUATE in the Town of Greeneville, 10th
Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, being No. 314
Highland Avenue, and described by plat of the Austin Addition to
the Town of Greeneville, Tennessee, recorded in Deed Book 85,
page 600, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. One LOT fronting
50 feet on Highland Avenue, running back between parallel lines
150 feet, more or less, to an alley adjoining the lots of Jones,
the heirs of W.A. Cox, deceased, and formerly known as the Store
House Lot. BEING the same
property conveyed to Melvin Isaac Jones and wife, Marie Jones,
by Warranty Deed of Gene W. Sauls and wife, Margaret E. Sauls,
dated June 16, 1967, and appearing of record in Deed Book 253,
page 445, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
Melvin Isaac Jones predeceased
his wife having died in 1976.
Marie Gregg Jones died
intestate on August 13, 2002, and was survived by her children,
Phyllis Jones Pierce, Earl Blaine Jones and Irma Leota Jones,
and by the children of her deceased child, William Lynn Holt,
Jr. who are William Lynn Holt, III, Penny Holt, Kathy Holt
Partin and Teresa Holt.
Teresa Holt [a/k/a Teresa Holt
Bradley] died intestate in 2015 and was survived by her only
child, Dustin Early, who constitutes her sole heir at law and
next of kin.
Marie Gregg Jones also had a
child, Jerry Dale Jones, who predeceased her.
Jerry Dale Jones was survived
by his children, Michael Lynn Jones, Lisa Jones Casteel and
Jerry Dwayne Jones who constitute his sole heirs at law and next
of kin. Phyllis Jones Pierce died intestate on March 6, 2005,
and was survived by her three (3) children, Julie Ann Shipley,
Kelly William Cutshall, and Jessica Ann Price, who constitute
her next of kin and sole heirs at law.
Earl Blaine Jones died testate
on November 2, 2017, and was survived by his wife and sole
beneficiary, Elloise Jones.
Irma Leota Jones died
intestate on June 6, 2018, and was survived by her only child,
Mickey Alan Tobie, who constitutes her next of kin and sole heir
at law. For further reference see an Order appointing Kay
Solomon Armstrong as Special Master in Case No. 2018-CV-313, in
the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
