The Clerk & Master for Greene County, having been ordered by the Court to sell real estate (200 A+), is hereby offering an invitation to submit a bid, along with, at least, the following particulars stated in writing and in detail:

 ·        proposed efforts to maximize value (i.e. sub-dividing, etc.)
 ·        proposed preparations for sale
 ·        proposed marketing efforts
 
·        proposed  advertising budget
 
·        estimated costs of the real estate/auction company, exclusive of title examination and deed preparation costs
 ·        projected sale date(s)
 
·        any other information pertinent to this cause, in your discretion

 Bids (for the percentage for which the auction company will offer their services),
as well as corresponding particulars, shall be submitted to the

no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday,
October 26, 2011.

 Bids may be faxed, e-mailed or hand delivered to the above address or
mailed (via U.S. Postal Service) to the following address:

**If bids are mailed (via U. S. Postal Service),
same should be mailed so that
 bids & particulars are received AND processed
 by the Clerk &Master prior to 8:00 a.m.

In order to insure that your bid has been timely received(via U. S. Mail,
fax and/or e-mail), the bidder may contact the Clerk & Master’s
Office prior to the stated deadline to confirm same.

(The Greene County Clerk & Master’s Office accepts no responsibility, concerning actual receipt
of any bid and corresponding particulars, prior to the bid being stamped filed and becoming

The successful bidder may not necessarily be the lowest bidder,
as other factors may be considered to determine the appropriate auction
company to be awarded the subject sale.
