Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause(s), to the
best and highest bidder, the real property described in the
corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause(s),
and located in the 10th Civil District of Greene

Pursuant to the orders of the Chancery Court for Greene County,
specifically the ORDER
OF SALE, entered January 9, 2013 in Probate Minute Book
179, pages 399- 402, as well as the
AMENDED AND CORRECTED
ORDER, entered April 2, 2013 in Probate Minute Book 179,
pages 767-768, Kay Solomon Armstrong is ordered to sell, as
Special Commissioner/Master, the real property, described as
follows: SITUATE in
the 10th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee,
and being Lot No. 4, Block B, of the Castle Heights Subdivision
as shown by plat of record in Plat Book 8, page 53, in the
Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, and more
particularly described as follows: BEGINNING
at a stake on the South side of York Drive, corner to Lot No. 3
and running thence with York Drive, North 61 degrees 23 minutes
East 43.60 feet to a stake at the beginning of a radius curve;
thence continuing with York Drive and radius curve (having a
radius of 214.20) 26.40 feet to a stake at the corner of Lot No.
5; thence with the line of Lot No. 5, South 38 degrees 01
minutes East 138.47 feet to a stake, corner to the property of
Poe; thence South 37 degrees 30 minutes West 101.29 feet to a
stake; thence running with the line of Lot No. 10 and No. 3,
North 28 degrees 37 minutes East 176 feet
to the point of BEGINNING. The above
property is sold subject to the restrictions recorded in Title
Bond and Agreement Book 15, page 599, in the Register’s Office
for Greene County, Tennessee to which reference is herein made. BEING the
same property conveyed to Shirley L. Rambo (s/p/a Shirley C.
Looney) by Warranty Deed of William R. Henry and wife, Joyce
Henry, dated June 27, 1978, of record in Deed Book No. 345, page
926, Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

ORDER(S) of the Court, by:

made 10% down day of sale with the remainder paid on or before
thirty (30) days from the date of sale. BID SHALL NOT BE LEFT
OPEN. ALL PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD “AS IS” WITH NO
WARRANTIES, AND WITH NO REPRESENTATION BEING MADE AS TO THE
STATE OF THE TITLE OR THE ACCURACY OF THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF
THE REAL PROPERTY.
