RE: COURT SALE:
October 24, 2020 (Sat.) at 10:01 a.m. on the premises In obedience to
Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville,
Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 24th day of OCTOBER, 2020, beginning at 10:01 a.m.,
ON THE PREMISES, SELL,
without the right of
REDEMPTION or equity of redemption and subject to the
Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the
best and highest bidder, the real property described in the
corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and
specifically, at least, pursuant to the following: Default
Judgment And Order Of Sale (entered 5/29/2020). SITUATE in the 8th Civil District of Greene
County, Tennessee, and being Lots Nos. 88 and 89 of the Echo
Hills Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in Plat Book No.
7, page 74, in the Register's Office for Greene County,
Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin in the easterly
right-of-way line of Echo Drive and corner to Lot No. 87;
thence with the line of Lot No. 87, North 59 deg. 00 min. East
190.0 feet to an iron pin, corner to Lot No. 91; thence with the
line of Lots 91 and 90, South 22 deg. 48 min. East 190.98 feet
to an iron pin in the northerly right-of-way line of Lake View
Street; thence with same, South 59 deg. 00 min. West 174.0 feet
to a point; said point being the beginning of a curve having a
radius of 20 feet, a tangent of 20 feet, and an arc distance of
31.4 feet to a point in the right-of-way line of Echo Drive;
thence with same North 31 deg. 00 min. West 80.0 feet to a
point; said point being the beginning of a curve having a radius
of 142.64 feet and an arc distance of 96.17 feet to the point of
BEGINNING, according to survey of D. C. Bowman, dated 10-30-84. HOWEVER, THE WITHIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS
CONVEYED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS: Restricted to
residences only of a house of a minimum of 1,050 square feet on
the first floor; no commercial buildings or no structures of any
type which would be considered detrimental to the project
including trailers.
These restrictions shall run with the land and shall be binding
upon the assignees.
SUBJECT to all telephone and utility easements. BEING the same property conveyed to Brownlow
Bowman and wife, Martha L. Bowman, by Warranty Deed from Raymond
Miller Vance and wife, Donnie Sue Vance, dated November 8, 1984,
and which is of record in Deed Book 387, page 61, in the
Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Brownlow Bowman
predeceased his wife having died on August 18, 2015.
Martha Louvina Bowman died testate on May 14, 2019, and
her Last Will and Testament appears of record in Probate File
No. 2019-PR-162, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene
County, Tennessee.
For further reference see a DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND ORDER OF SALE
in the above captioned cause whereby Kay S. Armstrong, Clerk &
Master, was appointed as Special Commissioner to sell the real
estate.
