Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the
best and highest bidder, the real property, described in the
corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and

SITUATE in the 10th Civil District of
Greene County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described
as follows:
SITUATED on Bernard Avenue in the Town of Greeneville, 10th
Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and described as
follows:
BEING LOT NO. 10 in the ldlewild Park Addition to the Town of
Greeneville, Tennessee, as shown by map of said addition, of
record in the Register's Office for Greene County, Tennessee, in
Plat Book No. 1, page 177. Said lot fronting 50 feet on Bernard
Avenue and running back between parallel lines a distance of 150
feet.
BEING the same property conveyed to
Ruth Keller by Quitclaim Deed of Steve Keller and Austin Keller,
dated August 19, 2019, and which is of record in Deed Book 623A,
page 1000, in the Register's Office for Greene County,
Tennessee. Ruth
Keller died intestate on January 24, 2022.
