Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville,
Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the
14th day of December, 2024, be-ginning at 9:00 a.m., ONLINE & ON
THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of
redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the
above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real
property, described in the corresponding papers, filed in the
above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to
the SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER TO JULY 24, 2024 HEARING (entered
08/14/2024), ORDER OF SEPTEMBER 17, 2024 HEARING (entered
09/23/2024), ORDER TO SELL PERSONAL PROPERTY (entered
11/06/2024) and ORDER (entered 11/07/2024).Map 98K, Group C, Parcels 7.00 & 8.00 Parcel 7.00 SITUATE in the 10th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, located on Davis Street in the Town of Greeneville, bounded on the north by Davis Street, on the south by Olden, on the east by Vance and on the west by Manuel, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING on an iron pipe corner to Lottie B. Henry and Joe Campbell, and running with Joe Campbell’s line south 59 deg. 30 min. west 33 ft. to a post in Mary and Lottie B. Henry’s line; thence with their line south 29 deg. west 100 ft. to a stake in a post at an 8ft. alley; thence with the north side of said 8 ft. alley, north 60 deg. 45 min. west 104.8 feet to a stake in the right of way line of Davis Street; thence with said Davis Street, north 22 deg. east 42.5 feet to a stake corner to Lottie B. Henry; thence with her line, south 65 deg. 30 min. east 73.6 feet to an iron pipe; thence with same, north 31 deg. 15 min. east 53 ft. to the point of BEGINNING. The property is unimproved. This conveyance is made subject to all valid restrictive covenants and easements, if any, which may be apparent from an inspection of the premises or the public record. BEING the same property conveyed to Ruth E. Hall by Warranty Deed from Annie Lucy Conner and Georgia Lee Mitchell, dated July 30, 2008, and which is of record in Deed Book 452A, page 1638, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Ruth Elmira Hall died testate on April 12, 2019. See the terms of her Last Will and Testament, which appears of record in Probate File No. 2023-PR-160, in the Clerk and Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. See ORDER (entered November 7, 2024) stating the following: “THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that no heir or beneficiary or devisee or legatee or other distributee, other than those listed below, shall have any ownership interest in the property located at 333 Davis Street in Greeneville, TN 37743 [Ctrl Map: 098K Group: C Parcel: 008.00 AND 007.00], so long as they remain alive on the date of the sale, currently scheduled for December 14, 2024, at 9:00a.m., on the premises: Amy Louise Hall, Ada Hall Jackson, Walter Fay Hall, John Brent Hall, Roberta Katheleen Hall, William Edward Hall, and Phillip Hall.” For Order Appointing Bland Justis, Clerk and Master, as Special Commissioner, see Probate File No. 2023-PR-160, in the Clerk and Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. For further reference see recent survey, dated November 7, 2024 of Daniel R. Coffey RLS No. 1578 (Azimuth Engineering, Inc.) Parcel 8.00 SITUATE in the 10th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: BEING that certain lot or parcel of land on the East side of Davis Street and being the address of 333 Davis Street, Greeneville, Tennessee, and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake on Davis Street and running thence in a Southeasterly direction 62 feet to a stake; thence in an Easterly direction 23 feet to a stake; thence in a Northeasterly direction 44 feet to a stake in Latham’s line; thence with Latham’s line in a Northwesterly direction 80 feet to a stake at the edge of Davis Street; thence with Davis Street in a Southwesterly direction 61 feet to the BEGINNING. BEING the same property conveyed to Daniel Hall and wife, Ruth Hall, by Warranty Deed from Ruth Hall and Robert Hall, dated December 5, 1986, and which is of record in Deed Book 401, page 394, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Daniel Hall predeceased his wife having died in May, 1996. Ruth Elmira Hall died testate on April 12, 2019.
