Roger Reed and Tina Reed, Plaintiffs, In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 13th day of July, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m., ONLINE & ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property, described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the ORDER OF PARTITION BY SALE (entered 03/08/2023) and JUDGMENT (entered 05/22/2024). SITUATE in the 15th Civil
District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being Tract 1,
containing 38.134 acres, more or less, Tract 2, containing
39.271 acres, more or less, and Tract 3, containing 32.626
acres, more or less, as shown on the Division of: Marion &
Willie Kate Reed Property which appears of record in Plat
Cabinet L, Slide 276, in the Register’s Office for Greene
County, Tennessee, to which reference is hereby made and
incorporated herein. BEING the same property conveyed to Roy
Reed, John Marion Reed and Willis H. Reed by deed of Paul Rader
and wife, Addie Rader, dated July 14, 1948, and appearing of
record in Deed Book 171, page 264, in the Register’s Office for
Greene County, Tennessee.
Also, being the same property conveyed to John Marion
Reed and Willis H. Reed by deed of Roy Reed, dated January 7,
1960, and appearing of record in Deed Book 209, page 523, in the
Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
Also, being the same property conveyed to John Marion
Reed or Willie Kate Reed, Trustees of the John Marion Reed and
Willie Kate Reed Revocable Living Trust, by Quitclaim Deed of
John Marion Reed, dated January 3, 2001, and appearing of record
in Deed Book 208A, page 430, in the Register’s Office for Greene
County, Tennessee.

2002, and appearing of record in Deed Book 294A, page 828, in
the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

Reed, Individually, to Linda Louise Kirkpatrick, et al., by
Quitclaim Deed dated December 7, 2010, and appearing of record
in Deed Book 491A, page 830, in the same said Register’s Office.
