In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 13^th  day of July, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m., ONLINE & ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property, described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the ORDER OF PARTITION BY SALE (entered 03/08/2023) and JUDGMENT (entered 05/22/2024). 

SITUATE in the 15^th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being Tract 1, containing 38.134 acres, more or less, Tract 2, containing 39.271 acres, more or less, and Tract 3, containing 32.626 acres, more or less, as shown on the Division of: Marion & Willie Kate Reed Property which appears of record in Plat Cabinet L, Slide 276, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, to which reference is hereby made and incorporated herein.

BEING the same property conveyed to Roy Reed, John Marion Reed and Willis H. Reed by deed of Paul Rader and wife, Addie Rader, dated July 14, 1948, and appearing of record in Deed Book 171, page 264, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Also, being the same property conveyed to John Marion Reed and Willis H. Reed by deed of Roy Reed, dated January 7, 1960, and appearing of record in Deed Book 209, page 523, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Also, being the same property conveyed to John Marion Reed or Willie Kate Reed, Trustees of the John Marion Reed and Willie Kate Reed Revocable Living Trust, by Quitclaim Deed of John Marion Reed, dated January 3, 2001, and appearing of record in Deed Book 208A, page 430, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Also, see Abstract of Trust Agreement for John Marion Reed and Willie Kate Reed which appears of record in Deed Book 202A, page 21, and Amendments to The John Marion Reed and Willie Kate Reed Trust of record in Deed Book 208A, page 436, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Also, being the same property conveyed to Willie Kate Reed by deed of Willie Kate Reed, Trustee of the John Marion Reed and Willie Kate Reed Revocable Living Trust, dated April 5, 2002, and appearing of record in Deed Book 294A, page 828, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  For further reference see a Judgment voiding the deed to Willie Kate Reed, Individually, which appears of record in Deed Book 582A, page 366, in the same said Register’s Office.  For further reference see the Court of Appeals Judgment affirming the Chancery Court Judgment which appears of record in Deed Book 603A, page 1539, in the same said Register’s Office.  For further reference see the Amended Judgment which appears of record in Deed Book 615A, page 2251, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Also, being a portion of the same property conveyed to Willis Harold Reed, Trustee of the Willis Harold Reed Trust Dated July 26, 2006, by Quitclaim Deed of Willis H. Also included in the sale but erroneously identified in the Court's prior Judgment (entered 05/22/2024) as a house and an approximately .87-acre lot, is actually a house and an approximately .95-acre lot, identified as Tax Map 037, Parcel 036.01 with an address of 1815 South Liberty Hill Road, Limestone, Tennessee 37681.
