Saturday the 1ST
day of NOVEMBER, 2014, beginning at 10:01 a.m. and ON THE
PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or
equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered
in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder,
the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed
in the above referenced cause, and located in the 20th

Pursuant to the orders of the Circuit Court for Greene County,
at least and specifically the
ORDER, filed July
1, 2014, and entered in Minute Book 477, Kay Solomon Armstrong
is ordered to sell, as Special Commissioner/Master, the real
property, described as
follows: TRACT NO. 1: The property is subject to the following
restrictions:
Subject to All Easements, Restrictions and
Rights-of-ways of Record and Not of Record. TRACT NO. 2: BEING the same property conveyed to Bobby
Wayne Puckett and wife, Sharon Lynn Puckett, by deed of Kennith
R. Cutshaw, dated March 1, 1996, and which is of record in Deed
Book 26A, page 193, in the Register’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee. SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS: No
disabled or unlicensed vehicles are to be stored outside on any
tract or lot. All buildings shall be built out of new materials
designed for such purposes. No single wide mobile homes are
permitted on Tracts Nos. 4 through 9; double wide mobile homes
are permitted provided that they have an asphalt shingled roof
and are underpinned with factory materials designed for such
purposes. Single and double wide mobile homes are permitted on
Tracts Nos. 10 through 24 provided that they are at least 14
feet in width, contain a minimum of 800 square feet of living
area exclusive of any additions, are underpinned with factory
materials designed for such purposes, and have front and rear
porches, a minimum of 8' X 10' each, within thirty (30) days
from date of delivery to the property. This conveyance is made expressly subject
to all covenants, conditions, restrictions and reservations
contained in former deeds and other instruments of record
applicable to said property insofar as same are presently
binding thereon and to any easements apparent from an inspection
of the property.

easements, applicable building/zoning regulations, any
restrictive covenants, as well as any defects including
structural defects and/or contamination, if any, which may
