In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at
Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on
Thursday, the 15th day
of July, 2021,
beginning at 5:30
p.m., ON THE PREMISES, SELL,
without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and
subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned
cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property
described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above
referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREED ORDER (entered 5/3/2021).
SITUATE in the 14th
Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being more
particularly described as follows:
TRACT NO. 1.
BEGINNING on a
stake in the North right-of-way line of a public road corner to
Buddy Rose; and running thence with the line of Buddy Rose,
North 29 deg. 40 min. West, 120 feet to a stake; thence South 36
deg. 10 min. West, 150 feet to a stake; thence South 29 deg. 40
min. East, 120 feet to a stake in the right-of-way line of a
public road; thence with said road, North 36 deg. 10 min.East,
150 feet to the BEGINNING.
BEING the same property conveyed to
John Kenneth Rose for life; and then to William Nelson and wife,
Helen Nelson, by deed of Alma Fone Rose, dated June 6, 1973, of
record in the Register’s Office for Greene County, in Deed Book
318, at page 477.
John Kenneth Rose is now
deceased, having died on August 15, 1980.
TRACT NO. 2
BEGINNING on a planted rock in the
center of the Greeneville-Rheatown Road; and running thence
North 52 deg. 00 min. West, 168 feet to a stake, corner to Rose;
thence with Rose South 29 deg. 40 min. West, 137 feet to a
stake; thence South 52 deg. 00 min. East, 168 feet to the center
of the Greeneville-Rheatown Road; thence with the center of said
road, North 29 deg. 40 min. East, 137 feet to the BEGINNING,
containing one-half acre, more or less.
BEING the same property conveyed to William C. Nelson and wife,
Helen Rose Nelson, by deed of Thelma Rose, dated January 21,
1976, of record in the Register’s Office for Greene County, in
Deed Book 329, at page 875.
