In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at
Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on
Saturday, the 13th day of
December, 2025,
beginning at 10:00
a.m., ON THE PREMISES,
SELL, without the
right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the
Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the
best and highest bidder, the real property, described in the
corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and
specifically, at least, pursuant to the ORDER TO SELL REALTY and
PERSONALTY ITEMS (entered 09/23/2025).
SITUATE in the 10th Civil
District of Greene County, Tennessee, and more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a ½ inch iron pin with Azimuth cap situated in the
western margin of the right-of-way of State Highway 93 and
corner to SMN Investments, Inc. (586A-1956); thence running with
the western margin of the right-of-way of State Highway 93 South
31 deg. 56 min. 00 sec. West 200.00 feet to a ½ inch iron pin
with Azimuth cap, corner to Alicia Young (557A-2536); thence
running with Young two (2) calls: North 58 deg. 05 min. 00 sec.
West 148.83 feet to a ½ inch iron pipe; thence North 31 deg. 34
min. 00 sec. East 156.23 feet to a ½ inch iron pipe, corner to
SMN Investments, Inc.; thence running with SMN Investments,
Inc., South 74 deg. 22 min. 00 sec. East 156.10 feet to the
point of BEGINNING, containing 0.61 acres, more or less,
according to a survey of Daniel R. Coffey, Tennessee Registered
Land Surveyor No. 1578, dated October 31, 2025, Job No. 25SU094.
BEING the same property conveyed to Dean Bailey and wife,
Mildred Bailey, by Warranty Deed from Hobert L. Hixson and wife,
Elwanda Hixson, dated November 17, 1959, and which is of record
in Deed Book 209, page 296, in the Register’s Office for Greene
County, Tennessee. ALSO, BEING the same property conveyed to
Dean Bailey and wife, Mildred Bailey, by Warranty Deed from
Hobert L. Hixson and wife, Elwanda Hixson, dated December 1,
1959, and which is of record in Deed Book 209, page 393, in the
Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Mildred Bailey
predeceased her husband. Minis Dean Bailey died September 24,
2024, and pursuant to the Order To Sell Realty and Personalty
Items entered in Probate File No. 2025-PR-114, in the Clerk and
Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, the Clerk and
Master as Special Commissioner was ordered to sell the real
property.
OTHERS HAVING INTERESTS in the real property or matters
affecting title may include the following: State of
Tennessee-Bureau of TennCare.
