AND TO APPOINT SPECIAL MASTER, entered/filed September 1, 2010,
as well as the ORDER entered/filed June 22, 2011, Kay Solomon
Armstrong is ordered to sell, as Special Commissioner/Master,
the subject house and lot described as follows:
SITUATE
in the 9th Civil District of Greene County,
Tennessee, and being Lot No. 93 of the Sequoia Hills
Subdivision, Section B, found of record in Plat Cabinet A-32, in
the Register’s Office for
Greene County, Tennessee,
to which reference is herein made for a more complete
description.
BEING the same property conveyed to Mary Lyons Cutshall by
Quitclaim Deed of Ronald J. Cutshall, dated September 30, 1992,
and which is of record in Deed Book 444, page 161, in the
Register’s Office for
Greene County, Tennessee.
The said Mary Lyons Cutshall is deceased.
Kay S. Armstrong was appointed as Special Commissioner by
an Order of the Court entered on September 1, 2010, and which is
of record in Probate File No. 2010P093, in the County Court
