Doris Marlene Davis and Alicia Holly (Holley) In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 9th day of October, 2021, beginning at 10:01 a.m., ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND ORDER OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE AND PERSONALTY (entered 4/20/2021).
SITUATE in the 10th
Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being more
particularly described as follows: TRACT 1:
Being on Fry Lane in the
Northeastern part of the Town of Greeneville, Tennessee,
adjoining other lands of said Fry, BEGINNING on a stake at the
edge of said lane and running thence East with lane 65 feet to a
stake; thence in a northerly direction 200 feet to a stake at a
fence post; thence with the fence in an easterly direction 65
feet to a stake; thence in a southerly direction 200 feet to the
BEGINNING. TRACT 2:
Being on Fry Street, in
Harmon’s Addition to said Town and bounded as follows:
BEGINNING in the easterly line
of Fry Street, original corner of Lots Nos. 4 and 11; running
thence with said Street, North 18-3/4 deg. West 88 feet to the
corner of lot conveyed to Warren; thence with the Warren line,
passing their corner at 150 feet; North 59 deg. 35 min. East 200
feet to a stake; thence South with other lands of Fry, 18-3/4
deg. East 113 feet to a stake in line of original line of Lots
Nos. 4 and 11; and corner to lot formerly conveyed to H. L. Fry;
thence with said line South 66-1/2 deg. West 200 feet to the
BEGINNING. HOWEVER, THERE
IS EXCEPTED from the above Tract 2 the following described
premises conveyed by grantors to Loren Wilhoit, et ux, by
Warranty Deed dated February 21, 1956, of record in Deed Book
195, page 242, in the Office of the Register for Greene County,
Tennessee.
BEGINNING at a stake in the
East line of Fry Street, corner to Hixon, formerly Warren, and
running thence with Hixon’s line, North 59 deg. 35 min. East 200
feet to a post; thence with Hixon South 18 deg. 45 min. East 68
feet to a stake; thence with remaining lands of Shepherd, South
59 deg. 35 min. West 200 feet to a stake at Fry Street; thence
with the line of said street, North 18 deg. 45 min. West 68 feet
to the BEGINNING. BEING THE SAME
property conveyed to Frances Sue Ward, an unmarried person, by
Warranty Deed from J. C. Ward and wife, Thelma Ward, dated
August 1, 2002, and found of record in Deed Book 285A, pages
279-281, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
J. C. Ward died July 14, 2006.
Thelma A. Ward died June 28,
2007.
Francis Sue Ward died
intestate on January 10, 2020.

matter of A. Keith Livingston, as Administrator of the Estate of
Frances Sue Ward vs. Doris Marlene Davis and Alicia Holly
(Holley), Greene County Chancery Court, Case No. 2020-CV-389, in
the Office of the Greene County Clerk & Master. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION TAKEN FROM PREVIOUS
