In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at
Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on
Friday, the 14th day of June, 2024, beginning at
5:00
p.m.,
ON THE PREMISES, SELL,
without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and
subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned
cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property,
described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above
referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the
ORDER TO SELL REALTY AND
PERSONALTY ITMES (entered 11/9/2023).
SITUATE in the 1st Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee,
and being Lot Nos. 1, 2 and 3 of The Division of The Leslie
Baldwin Property which appears of record in Plat Cabinet L,
Slide 582, in the Register’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee, to which further reference is hereby made and
incorporated herein.
BEING the same property conveyed to Leslie Baldwin by Warranty
Deed from Leona Baldwin, dated March 9, 1999, and which is of
record in Deed Book 178A, page 684, and re-recorded in Deed Book
229A, page 1030, in the Register’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee. Leslie Baldwin died intestate on January 5, 2023.
For further reference see Probate File No. 2023-PR-201,
in the Clerk and Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
Also, see an Order to Sell Realty and Personalty Items
appointing Bland Justis, Clerk and Master, as Special
Commissioner to sell the realty and items of personalty which
appears of record in Deed Book 716A, page 1039, in the
Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
THIS CONVEYANCE is subject to any and all easements, covenants,
or restrictions contained in former deeds to said property.
For further reference see recent survey, dated April 3, 2024
of Daniel R. Coffey RLS No. 1578 (Azimuth Engineering, Inc.)
recorded in Plat Cabinet L, Slide 582 in the Register’s Office
for Greene County, Tennessee.
OTHERS HAVING INTERESTS in the real property or matters
affecting title may include the following: State of
