RE: COURT SALE: June 14, 2025 (Saturday) at 10:00 a.m. on the premises and online

Map 71, Parcel 72.00 [house & 3.84 acres more or less] In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 14th day of June, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m., ON THE PREMISES & ONLINE, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property, described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the ORDER TO SELL PROPERTY (entered 03/28/2025). SITUATE in the 23rd Civil
District of Greene County, Tennessee, and described as follows: BEGINNING at corner (a) established on
the property line of C.B. Butler South 13 deg. 30 min. East, 385
feet from Haun's corner (now McDonald and Rudder) being a walnut
stump on the East side of a public road, this corner acceptable
to both parties C.B. Butler and Bruffie Connor, corner (a) being
a stake driven at the side of the above mentioned public road;
thence along the line of C.B. Butler, following the public road,
South 13 deg. 30 min. East, 399.5 feet to a stake set at the
side of the road; thence through the property of C.B. Butler,
South 57 deg. 11 min. West, 468.6 feet to a cedar tree in a
fence row marked by a wood stake at the foot of the above tree;
thence along the fence row, North 33 deg. 35 min. West, 270.9
feet to a cedar tree at the intersection of the above fence row
with another fence row; thence North 46 deg. 40 min. East, 600
feet to the BEGINNING, containing 3.84 acres, more or less. BEING the same property conveyed to Lena
E. Dunn by Quitclaim Deed from Patsy Anne Dunn Harrell and Ralph
Thomas Dunn, dated November 15, 2012, and which is of record in
Deed Book 518A, page 1379, in the Register’s Office for Greene
County, Tennessee. Lena Evelyn Dunn died intestate on May 19,
2024. For further
reference see Probate File No. 2024-PR-351, in the Clerk and
Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, and an Order to
Sell Property appointing the Clerk and Master, Bland Justis, as
Special Commissioner.
