In obedience to
Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville,
Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on
Saturday, the 30th day of
December, 2017, at 10:01 a.m. ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject
to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned lawsuit,
to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in
the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced
cause(s), and specifically, pursuant to the ORDER, entered
August 15, 2017.
Further and pursuant to the Court’s
ORDER, personal property (with some exception) will also be sold
at this time. (RE:
6.32 Acres +/-
located at 2020 Glenwood
Drive, in Mosheim,
TN 37818 and described as follows: [Map
108, Parcel 39.02].
SITUATE in the
25th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, being bound by
County Road, Fincher, Fincher and Fincher, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING on an
iron pin in edge of county road and corner to Ralph Fincher and
running with said road S. 87 deg. 33 min. W. 112 feet to an iron
pin; thence continuing with said road N. 72 deg. 12 min. W. 193
feet-to an iron pin in line of Coy Fincher; thence with his line
N. 20 deg. 40 min. E. 289 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 72 deg.
12 min. W. 75 feet an an iron pin corner to Clyde Fincher and
Hughford Fincher; thence with Hughford Fincher line N. 20 deg.
40 min. E. 596.8 feet to an iron pin in line of Ralph Fincher;
thence with his line S. 86 deg. 32 min. E. 378.5 feet to an iron
pin; thence continuing with his line in a Southwesterly
direction 954.6 feet to an iron pin in edge of county road at
point of BEGINNING, containing 7.3 acres, more or less.
BEING the same
property conveyed to Iris Fincher Legg, by Partition Deed of
Launa Fincher Pruitt, et al., dated March 22, 1973, and which is
of record in Deed Book 309, page 403, in the Register’s Office
for Greene County, Tennessee.
Iris Fincher Legg
died May 24, 1998, leaving her husband, Willard Legg, and her
son, Thomas Hal Legg
and her daughter Lucy (Legg) Marker,
as her surviving heirs at law and next of kin.
Lucy (Legg) Marker died in October, 2005, leaving as her
surviving heirs her three children, Richard Gullatta, Bambi
Gullatta and Chase Marker.
Willard
Legg died November 13, 2015, leaving his son, Thomas Hal Legg, and his
grandchildren, Richard Gullatta, Bambi Gullatta and Chase
Marker, as his only heirs at law and next of kin.

HOWEVER, THERE IS
EXCEPTED FROM THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY THE FOLLOWING:
SITUATE in the
25th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being a
portion of the Iris Legg Property and being more particularly
described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin located S. 71 deg. 49 min. 00 sec. E. 40.04 feet from the southwesterly corner of Iris Legg and in the northerly right-of-way of Glenwood Drive; thence with said right-of-way and 20 feet from the centerline of Glenwood Drive two courses as follows: S 71 deg. 49 min. 00 sec. East 64.13 feet to a point; thence with a curve to the left having a chord of S. 79 deg. 56 min. 00 sec. E. 143.22 feet, radius of 507.19 feet, and arc length of 143.70 feet to an iron pin; thence three courses with a new divisional line with Iris Legg N. 20 deg. 08 min. 00 sec. E. 189.99 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 78 deg. 52 min. 00 sec. W. 205.92 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 20 deg. 40 min. 00 sec. W. 185.00 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 0.90 acres, more or less, according to plat and description prepared by Azimuth Engineering, Inc., dated March 11, 1994. BEING the same property conveyed to Scott E. Legg by Warranty Deed of Iris Fincher Legg and husband Willard Legg, dated April 7, 1994, and which is of record in Deed Book 456, page 864, in the Register's Office for Greene County, Tennessee. subject to all defects, including any structural defects and
