The Clerk & Master for Greene County, having been ordered by this Court to sell personalty and real property at 6285 Old Stage Road, Chuckey, Tennessee 37641 [Map 066C, Group A, Parcel 007.00] as shown of record in Deed Book 690A, page 2460 in the Register’s Office for Greene County, TN, is hereby offering an invitation, to submit a bid, to any real estate/auction company interested in assisting the Clerk & Master in holding a public auction for a small amount of personalty, as well as the subject residence, located at the above stated address.

Bids (for the percentage for which the auction company will offer their services) should be submitted to the
