The Clerk & Master for Greene County, having been ordered by this Court to sell personalty and real property at 309 East Bernard Avenue in Greeneville, TN [Map 099I, Group A, Parcel 18] as shown of record in Deed Book 623A, page 1000 in the Register’s Office for Greene County, TN, is hereby offering an invitation, to submit a bid, to any real estate/auction company interested in assisting the Clerk & Master in holding a public auction for a small amount of personalty of nominal value, as well as the subject decedent’s residence, located at the above stated address.

Bids (for the percentage for which the auction company will offer their services) should be submitted to the

The successful bidder may not necessarily be the lowest bidder, as other factors will be considered to determine which auction company will be awarded the subject sale.
