deg. 54 min. East 39.23 feet to an iron pin with Azimuth cap,
corner to Teddy Whitson (401-753); thence running with Whitson
South 48 deg. 03 min. 25 sec. West 4.74 feet to an iron pin with
Azimuth cap; thence South 48 deg. 03 min. 25 sec. West 156.78
feet to an iron pin with Albert cap; thence South 06 deg. 30
min. West 29.50 feet to an iron pin with Azimuth cap, corner to
Gadea (652A-1799); thence running with Gadea South 48 deg. 12

BEING the same property conveyed to
Lewis Shelton by Correction Deed from Teddy Whitson and wife,
Valerie Whitson, and Thomas D. Everhart, dated October 21, 1992,
and which is of record in Deed Book 446, page 1, in the
Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
Grayson Lewis Shelton died
intestate on July 3, 2021, and further reference is made to
Probate File No. 2021-PR-228, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for
Greene County, Tennessee.

min. 20 sec. East 120.20 feet to an iron pin set, and being 1.82
feet from the Rainaldi deed line (585A-1842); thence South 34
deg. 48 min. 50 sec. West 252.21 feet to an iron pin set, corner

Grayson Shelton by Warranty Deed of Fullen King and wife, Marie
King, dated February 9, 1954, and which is of record in Deed
Book 188, page 406, in the Register’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee.
Grayson Shelton died intestate
on November 20, 1993, and was survived by his wife, Mary Lou
Shelton, and his only child, Grayson Lewis Shelton, who
constitute his sole heirs at law and next of kin.
For further reference see
Probate File No. 94P004 in the Clerk & Master’s Office for
Greene County, Tennessee. Mary Lou Shelton died intestate on
September 26, 2009, and was survived by her only child, Grayson
Lewis Shelton, who constitutes her sole heir at law and next of
kin. ALSO BEING the same property conveyed to Grayson Shelton
and wife, Mary Lou Shelton, by Warranty Deed of Verna Shelton
and husband, Chapell Shelton, dated July 6, 1962, and which is
of record in Deed Book 220, page 158, in the Register’s Office
for Greene County, Tennessee. Grayson Shelton predeceased his
wife having died on November 20, 1993.
Mary Lou Shelton died intestate
on September 26, 2009, and was survived by her only child,
Grayson Lewis Shelton, who constitutes her sole heir at law and
next of kin. ALSO, BEING the same property conveyed to Grayson
Shelton and wife, Mary Lou Shelton, by Warranty Deed of Verna
Shelton and husband, Chapell Shelton, dated May 4, 1976, and
which is of record in Deed Book 331, page 673, in the Register’s
Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Grayson Shelton predeceased
his wife having died on November 20, 1993.
Mary Lou Shelton died intestate
on September 26, 2009, and was survived by her only child,
Grayson Lewis Shelton, who constitutes her sole heir at law and
next of kin. For further reference see an Affidavit of Heirship
by Kerry Fuller which appears of record in Deed Book 699A, page
2762-2763, in the Register’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee. Grayson Lewis Shelton died intestate on July 3, 2021,
and further reference is made to Probate File No. 2021-PR-228,
in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
