obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at
Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on
Saturday, the
18th day

ON THE PREMISES, SELL,
without the right of
redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the
Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the
best and highest bidder, the real property described in the
corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause, and
located in the 10TH Civil District of Greene County,
Tennessee. The address of the subject property is as follows:
Pursuant to the orders of the Chancery Court for Greene County, specifically the ORDER, entered August 24, 2011, as well as the ORDER, entered January 4, 2012, Kay Solomon Armstrong is ordered to sell, as Special Commissioner/Master, the improved real property described as follows: SITUATE in the
10th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and
being known as the Meadowlark Subdivision, and being Lot No. 10,
as shown by plat of record in Plat Book No. 8, page 139, in the
Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, to which plat
reference is here made for a more complete description. THIS
CONVEYANCE is subject to the Restrictions for Meadowlark
Subdivision as set out in Title, Bond and Agreement Book 19,
page 238, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
SUBJECT to all
telephone and utility easements. BEING the same
property conveyed to Willie Forby and Frances F. Taylor by
warranty deed of the First National Bank, Greeneville,
Tennessee, dated August 20, 1976, and which is of record in Deed
Book 333, page 757, in the Register’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee. Also,
BEING the same property conveyed to Frances F. Taylor by
quitclaim deed of Willie Forby, dated July 16, 1993, and which
is of record in Deed Book 451, page 9, in the Register’s Office
for Greene County, Tennessee.
Frances Taylor died testate on January 20, 2010. For an
