SITUATE in the 10^th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being known as the Meadowlark Subdivision, and being Lot No. 10, as shown by plat of record in Plat Book No. 8, page 139, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, to which plat reference is here made for a more complete description.

THIS CONVEYANCE is subject to the Restrictions for Meadowlark Subdivision as set out in Title, Bond and Agreement Book 19, page 238, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

SUBJECT to all telephone and utility easements.

BEING the same property conveyed to Willie Forby and Frances F. TERMS OF SALE

Sale of real property will be made 10% down day of sale with the remainder paid on or before thirty (30) days from the date of sale. BID SHALL BE LEFT OPEN. “The high bid (on February 18, 2012) shall be subject to a ten percent (10%) increase within ten (10) working days from the date of the auction, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.  If there is a ten percent (10%) increase, the Special Commissioner shall conduct a run-off bid between the high bidder at the auction, the new bidder, and any other persons interested in entering bids.”  [See ORDER, entered August 24, 2011].  Any run-off bidding, if necessary, shall be conducted in the Clerk & Master’s Office on the lower level of the Greene County Courthouse at 101 S.
