In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court  at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Friday, the 8TH day of July, 2011, beginning at 10:30 a.m. ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause, and located in the 10th  Civil District, Greene County, Tennessee in the Town of Greeneville [Map 98F, Group F, Parcel 31.00]: a DUPLEX at 415 & 417 West Depot Street; Greeneville, TN  37743. 

SITUATE in the 10th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, in the Town of Greeneville, being bounded by Depot Street, McGuffin and perhaps others, and being more particularly described as follows:  BEGINNING on a stake at the curb of Depot Street, and running thence with said street N. 75 deg. 15 min. West 75 feet to a stake at McGuffin’s line; thence with McGuffin’s line S. 22 deg. 15 min. West 85 feet to a stake; thence with a severance line S. 75 deg. 15 min. East 75 feet to a stake at a 10 foot alley; thence with said alley N. 22 deg. 15 min. East 85 feet to the BEGINNING.

BEING the same property conveyed to Mark Lodge by deed dated November 20, 2006, and of record in Deed Book 417A, at pages 2330-2331, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, TN.
