In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 14th day of June, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m., ON THE PREMISES & ONLINE, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property, described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the ORDER TO SELL PROPERTY (entered 04/02/2025).

SITUATE in the 8th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being all of Tract No. 4 of the C.T. Dunn Estate as shown by Plat prepared by A.J. Lucas, September 1, 1970, and found of record in Plat Book 9, page 133, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

BEING the same property conveyed to Lloyd Dwane Willett and wife, Evelyn J. Willett, by Warranty Deed from Howard Dunn, Executor of the Will of Etta Dunn, dated October 1, 1970, and which is of record in Deed Book 283, page 274, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Lloyd Dwane Willett predeceased his wife having died July 6, 2018.  Evelyn J. Willett died intestate on March 7, 2024.  For further reference see Probate File No. 2024-PR-317, in the Clerk and Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, and the Order to Sell Property appointing the Clerk and Master, Bland Justis, as Special Commissioner.

Conveyed as part of the realty is a Manufactured Home as well as a trailer(12X60).
