FOR STATE OF TENNESSEE, THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT,
SITTING IN GREENE COUNTY AT GREENEVILLE


In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled cause, I will on Saturday, the 16th  day of November, 2013, beginning at 10:01 a.m. ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property  described in the corresponding pleadings/orders and located in the 9th  Civil District of Greene County at 25 Sequoia Trail in Greeneville, TN  37743: [Tax Map 134H, Parcel 10.01]

SITUATE in the 9th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, a mobile home & 2 lots, being more particularly described as follows: BEING Lot Nos. 23 and 24 of Brumley Heights Subdivision in the West Section of Brumley Heights Subdivision of blueprint, being in Plat Book 7, page 14, Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, to which reference is here made for a more complete description.

This conveyance is made subject to all valid restrictive covenants and easements, if any, which may be apparent from an inspection of the premises or the public record.

BEING the same property conveyed to Eugene Fann by deed of Rosa Lee Fann, et al., dated June 27, 2007, and which is of record in Deed Book 431A, page 117, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Eugene Fann died February 27, 2013.  For further reference see an Order filed on June 6, 2013 in Probate File No. 13P00113, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, whereby Kay Solomon Armstrong was appointed Special Commissioner.
