SITUATE in the 9^th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, a mobile home & 2 lots, being more particularly described as follows: BEING Lot Nos. 23 and 24 of Brumley Heights Subdivision in the West Section of Brumley Heights Subdivision of blueprint, being in Plat Book 7, page 14, Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, to which reference is here made for a more complete description.

This conveyance is made subject to all valid restrictive covenants and easements, if any, which may be apparent from an inspection of the premises or the public record.

BEING the same property conveyed to Eugene Fann by deed of Rosa Lee Fann, et al., dated June 27, 2007, and which is of record in Deed Book 431A, page 117, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Eugene Fann died February 27, 2013.  For further reference see an Order filed on June 6, 2013 in Probate File No. 13P00113, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, whereby Kay Solomon Armstrong was appointed Special Commissioner.
