In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 11th day of February, 2012, beginning at 10:01 a.m. for “Tract No. I & II” and beginning at 11:00 a.m. for “Tract No. III” ON THE RESPECTIVE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause, and located in the 19th & 4th Civil Districts of Greene County, Tennessee, respectively. The address of the subject properties is as follows: 

Sale #1 at 10:01 a.m. -
“Tract No. I & II” located at 160 McDonald Rd. in Midway, TN  37809 [Map 095B, Parcel 010.00]
 

Sale #2 at 11:00 a.m.
“Tract No. III” located at 7850 McDonald Rd. in Mohawk, TN  37810 [Map 092, Parcel 040.03]

Pursuant to the orders of the Chancery Court for Greene County, specifically the ORDER, entered September 7, 2011, as well as the ORDER, entered January 11, 2012, Kay Solomon Armstrong is ordered to sell, as Special Commissioner/Master, the improved real properties described as follows:

Tract No. I: {in Midway}
SITUATE in the 19th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee and being Tract No. 1 of the Roy Bond Estate which appears of record in Plat Cabinet A, Slide 258, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee to which further reference is hereby made and incorporated herein.

Tract No. II:  {in Midway}
SITUATE in the 19th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee and being a 0.64 acre tract of a plat titled “Survey of a portion of Lot 2 of the Roy Bond Estate” appearing of record in Plat Cabinet E, Slide 224, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, to which further reference is hereby made and incorporated herein.

Tract No. III: {in Mohawk}

SITUATE in the 4th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being Tracts 6 and 7 of the Roy Stroud Farm, and more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at the northern edge of a public road, corner to Tract 8; thence with the line of Tract 8, North 4 deg. 12 min. West, 200 feet to a stake and corner to Tract 8 and in the line of Tract 1; thence with the line of Tract 1, South 86 deg. 45 min. West, 220 feet to a stake in the line of Tract 5; thence with the line of Tract 5, South 4 deg. 12 min. East, 200 feet to the northern edge of the public road, North 86 deg. 45 min. East, 220 feet to the point of BEGINNING.  This description covers all of Tracts 6 and 7 of the Roy Stroud Farm.

BEING the same property conveyed to Rebekah English by deed of Ruby E. French, dated October 16, 2008, and which is of record in Deed Book 455A, page 2646, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
