In obedience to
Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville,
Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday,
the 25th
day of February,
2017, beginning at 10:01 a.m.
ON THE PREMISES,
SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption
and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in above cause, to
the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the
corresponding pleading, filed in the above referenced cause(s)
and, specifically, pursuant to the "ORDER GRANTING TENNCARE'S
PETITON TO SELL REAL ESTATE" and the "AMENDED ORDER GRANTING
TENNCARE'S PETITION TO SELL REAL ESTATE", entered October 19 &
27, 2016 respectively.
(RE: 0.66 acre +
located at
110 Cottonwood Drive; Greeneville, TN 37743 and described
as follows: SITUATE In
the 10th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee,
in the Town of Greeneville, bounded on the north by the dead end
of Circle View Drive, on the south by Mason, on the East by Lot
No. 15-B3, on the West by Lot No. 15-B1, and being Lot No. 15-B2
of the Redivision of Lot No. 15 of the C. T. Morrow Addition, a
plat of which may be found of record in Plat Book No. 6, Page
177 in the Register's Office for Greene County, Tennessee, and
more particularly described as follows: There is
also conveyed the use and benefit of that part of Horse Shoe
Drive over Lot No. 15-B1, as shown on the plat above referred
to, and there is reserved to said Lot No. 15-B1 the use and
benefit of that part of Horse Shoe Drive over Lot No. 15-B2
herein conveyed. Said drive being for the use and benefit of
each of said adjoining lots, and shall not be obstructed at any
time except when in actual use. The above
described boundary is that same property conveyed to Denzel
Britton Vaughn by a Deed from Henry S. Vaughn, dated December
16, 1974, found of record in Deed Book 323, Page 918, in the
Register's Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
She died on June 22, 2011, intestate survived by her only
heirs Lynda Holt and Charles R. Vaughn.

TERMS OF
The Clerk & Master has
undertaken NO inspections, examination or clean-up of the real
property. (The
property will be sold subject to all defects, including any
structural defects and contamination, if any, which may exist.)
All County & City ad valorem real property taxes (due thru 2016)
