MARGARET HOLT, BETTY JO TILLY, SITUATED in the 4th Civil
District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being an 11.74 acre
tract, more or less, as shown on the Survey of the Clara Ruth
Altman Estate which appears of record in Plat Cabinet L, Slide
613, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, to
which further reference is hereby made and incorporated herein. BEING the same property conveyed to Mrs.
Essie Altman and Robert Altman by deed from William H. Massey,
dated August 18, 1948 and found of record in Deed Book 172, page
249, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
Also see a Deed Creating Estate By the Entireties from
Robert Altman to Clara Altman, dated January 2, 1986, and which
is of record in Deed Book 394, page 684, in the Register’s
Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Essie M. Usher Altman died
in 1973. Robert
Altman predeceased his wife having died in 1991.
Clara Ruth Altman died intestate on December 17, 2021.
ALSO, BEING the same property conveyed to Essie Altman
and Robert Altman by deed from Pickens Kesterson and wife,
Maggie B. Kesterson, dated July 1, 1948, and found of record in
Deed Book 171, page 219, in the Register’s Office for Greene
County, Tennessee.
See also a Deed Creating Estate By The Entireties from Robert
Altman to Clara Altman, dated January 2, 1986, and which is of
record in Deed Book 394, page 686, in the Register’s Office for
Greene County, Tennessee. Essie M. Usher Altman died in 1973.
Robert Altman predeceased his wife having died in 1991.
Clara Ruth Altman died intestate on December 17, 2021.
For further reference see an Affidavit of Heirship by Ronnie L.
Lampkin which appears of record in Deed Book 709A, page 1888, in
the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
