In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 14th  day of September, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m., ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property, described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the ORDER (entered 2/27/2024). 

SITUATE, lying and being in the 8th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and more partic­ularly described as follows, to-wit:

BEING all of Lots 12, 13 and 14 in the subdivision of the C. M. Goode property, as shown by plat of record in Plat Book 4, page 49, Register's Office for Greene County, Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a ½ inch iron pin with Azimuth cap situated in the northern margin of the right-of-way of Blue Springs Parkway and corner to an undeveloped right-of-way; thence running with said undeveloped right-of-way North 00 deg. 28 min. 25 sec. West 210.00 feet to a ½ inch iron pin with Azimuth cap; thence North 89 deg. 34 min. 10 sec. East 150.00 feet to a ½ inch iron pin with Azimuth cap, corner to Jeffers (595A-1069); thence running with Jeffers South 00 deg. 27 min. 15 sec. East 204.90 feet to an iron pin found in the northern margin of the right-of-way of Blue Springs Parkway; thence running with the northern margin of the right-of-way of Blue Springs Parkway the following calls: South 89 deg. 17 min. 00 sec. West 12.96 feet to a highway right-of-way monument; thence South 02 deg. 27 min. East 5.40 feet to a ½ inch iron pin; thence South 89 deg. 43 min. 15 sec. West 137.16 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 0.72 acres, more or less, as shown on a survey by Daniel R. Coffey, Tennessee Registered Land Surveyor No. 1578, dated April 11, 2024, Job No. 24SU061.

BEING the same property conveyed to Darrow B. Hill by Warranty Deed from Viola Mae Bible, dated April 2, 1984, and which is of record in Deed Book 382, page 514, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Darrow B. Hill died testate on August 2, 2021, and pursuant to the terms of his Last Will and Testament which appears of record in Probate File No. 2022-PR-202, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, he devised his real property to Clinton Darrell Hill, Kimberly Ann Hill and Michelle Carvajal, Trustee of the John Andrew Hill Testamentary Trust.  Clinton Darrell Hill died intestate on May 22, 2022, and he was survived by Kimberly Ann Carroll formerly Kimberly Ann Hill and John Andrew Hill, who constitute his sole heirs at law and next of kin.  For further reference see an Affidavit of Heirship by Jesse M. Dukes, which appears of record in Deed Book 728A, page 58, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  See also Case No. 2022-CV-410, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, for a partition of the property and the appointment of the Clerk & Master as Special Commissioner.
