In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on the 17th day of July, 2025, beginning at 5:30p.m., ONLINE AND OFF SITE at A Cut Above Real Estate and Auction Company: 1007 W. Main Street, Greeneville, TN  37743, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property, described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the  ORDER TO SELL REALTY and PERSONALTY ITEMS (entered 02/14/2025), and ORDER TO SELL REALTY & PERSONALTY OFF SITE (entered 04/14/2025). 

SITUATE in the 12th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a water meter situated in the eastern margin of the right-of-way of Baileyton Road and corner to Walker (540A-2301); thence running with the eastern margin of the right-of-way of Baileyton Road the following call: a chord bearing North 18 deg. 51 min. 15 sec. West with a chord length of 115.20 feet, a radius of 1,189.06 feet and an arc length of 115.25 feet to an iron pin found with Bowman cap, corner to Lindsey (556A-1687); thence running with Lindsey North 32 deg. 21 min. 10 sec. East 156.43 feet to a 3/4 inch pipe, corner to Walker; thence running with Walker the following calls: South 53 deg. 10 min. East 114.29 feet to a 3/4 inch pipe; thence South 11 deg. 16 min. 00 sec. West 65.95 feet to a 3/4 inch pipe; thence South 49 deg. 11 min. 50 sec. West 165.23 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 0.53 acres, more or less, according to a survey of Daniel R. Coffey, Tennessee Registered Land Surveyor No. 1578, dated March 14, 2025, Job No. 25SU027.

BEING the same property conveyed to Bobbie Geraldine Price (formerly Bobbie Geraldine Gibson Colyer) by Warranty Deed from Marcus A. Carter, dated July ___, 1993, and which is of record in Deed Book 451, page 36, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  Bobbie Geraldine Gibson died January 26, 2024, and her Estate has been opened in Probate File No. 2024-PR-266, in the Clerk and Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.  See said probate file for an Order to Sell Realty and Personalty Items whereby Bland Justis, Clerk and Master, as Special Commissioner, was appointed to sell said real and personal property.
