In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at
Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled cases, I will on
Wednesday, the
29th
day of March,
2017, beginning at 12:00
noon,
ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of
redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in above
captioned lawsuit, to the best and highest bidder, the real
property described in the corresponding pleading, filed in the
above referenced cause(s) and, specifically, pursuant to the
“Order of Sale of Real Estate”, entered February 18, 2016 in
case # 2610-CV-37.

TRACT NO. 1:
SITUATED in District No. 19 of Greene
County, Tennessee.
A boundary of land commonly known as
the G.E. Susong home and consisting of 12-1/2 acres, more or
less.
This being the same boundary
deeded to G.E. Susong by deed of J.A. Susong by deed of record
in Deed Book 105, page 182, of the Register’s Office for Greene
County, Tennessee.
BEGINNING at a rock, S. 66 W. 22-1/4
poles to a rock; S. 33 E. 20 poles to a rock; N. 66-1/2 E. 28
poles and 3 links to a rock; N. 1 E. 20 poles to a rock; E.
7-1/2 poles to a post oak; N. 28 poles to a black oak; W. 30
poles to a white oak; S. 36 poles to the BEGINNING, and 12 feet
on the West line S. 66 W. 33-3/4 poles to the Public Road.
The right of way here conveyed
being the same right of way now in use.
BEING the same property conveyed to
Rachel Susong by deed of Thelma Smith, dated February 7, 1955,
and which is of record in Deed Book 191, page 214, in the
Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.

page 201, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee.
Rachel Susong died testate in
1980 and pursuant to the terms of her Last Will and Testament
which appears of record in Will Book 17, page 321, in the Clerk
& Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, she devised her
real property to her daughter, Edith Smith.
Edith Smith Coakley died
testate on January 6, 2015, and pursuant to the terms of her
Last Will and Testament which appears of record in Will Book 75,
page 279, in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County,
Tennessee, she directed her real property be sold at public
auction. For further reference see an Order for Sale of Real
Estate appointing Kay Solomon Armstrong as Special Commissioner
which appears in Chancery Court Case No. 2016-CV-37, in the
Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
TRACT NO. 2: SITUATED in District No. 19 of Greene
County, Tennessee. A boundary of land adjoining lands of
Rachel Susong, Ed Kirk and A.T. Hogan and bounded as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake on the side of two public road corner to
Lots 3 and 6 North 66 East 56 poles to a rock, North 36 poles to
a White Oak, on line of No. 1 West with same 33 poles to a
stake, South 46-1/2 West 60 poles to a stake on South side of
the public road; thence with the road 32 poles to the BEGINNING,
containing 16 acres, more or less.
BEING the same property conveyed to
Rachel Susong by deed of Kyle W. Brown, dated November 26, 1955,
and which is of record in Deed Book 194, page 87, in the
Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.
