099G, Group B, Parcel 027.00]} In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Thursday, the 25th day of October, 2018, beginning at 5:00 p.m., ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically and, at least, pursuant to an ORDER OF SALE (entered August 15, 2018). S ITUATE in the 10th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee and being further described, as follows: BEING Lot No. 24 and one-half (1/2) of Lot 23 in the Gregory Addition as shown by plat of record in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, in Plat Book No. 5, page 13, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING on an iron pin the Southwest right-of-way line of Gregory Avenue and corner to the King Addition; and running thence with the King Addition, South 55 deg. 44 min. West 151.0 feet to an iron pin in the line of Cherrydale Subdivision; thence with Cherrydale Subdivision, North 41 deg. 03 min. East 100.4 feet to an iron pin corner to a severance line of Lot 23; thence with the severance line of Lot 23, North 55 deg. 22 min. East 151.0 feet to an iron pin in the right-of-way line of Gregory Avenue; thence with said Avenue, South 41 deg. 03 min. East 101.35 feet to the BEGINNING, as surveyed by D. C. Bowman, Surveyor, and dated September 6, 1974. BEING the same property conveyed to Beulah G. Hendry by Warranty Deed from J. D. Reynolds and wife, Violet J. Reynolds, dated October 21, 1997 and being found of record in Deed Book 79A, page 611, in the Register of Deeds Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Further, BEING the same property conveyed to J. D. Reynolds and wife, Violet J. Reynolds, by Warranty Deed from Carl D. Johnson and Selma W. Johnson, dated June 16, 1987, and being found of record in Deed Book 408, page 412, in said Register’s Office. OTHERS HAVING INTERESTS in the real property or matters affecting title include the following: State of Tennessee – Bureau of TennCare, TPL Division, Estate Recovery Unity, 310 Great Circle Road – 4th floor, Nashville, TN 37243.
