				                                         In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Friday , the 18th day of October, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m., ONLINE & ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in the above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property, described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause and specifically, at least, pursuant to the AGREED ORDER (entered 02/21/2024) and SUPPLEMENTAL AGREED ORDER (entered 07/29/2024). SITUATE in the 15th Civil District of 
				Greene County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described 
				as follows: BEGINNING at a ½ inch iron pin with 
				Azimuth Cap set 30 feet easterly of centerline of Rheatown Road 
				(Highway 351), common corner with Old Stage Road; thence with 
				the line of Rheatown Road and on a curve having an Arc of 
				225.42, a Radius of 490.90, with a Chord Bearing North 27 deg. 
				03 min. 59 sec. West, 223.44 feet to a ½ inch iron pin with 
				Azimuth Cap set common corner with John Carter etux (Deed Book 
				451, page 84); thence leaving Rheatown Road and with the line of 
				Carter South 72 deg. 24 min. 00 sec. East 95.38 feet to a chain 
				link fence post common corner with Saul Weisenfreund (Deed Book 
				121A, page 403); thence with Weisenfreund South 62 deg. 09 min. 
				00 sec. East 89.71 feet to a ½ inch iron pin found 25 feet 
				westerly from the centerline of Old Stage Road; thence leaving 
				Weisenfreund and with the line of Old Stage Road South 28 deg. 
				08 min. 00 sec. West, 145.40 feet to the point of BEGINNING, 
				containing 0.37 acres, more or less, according to survey of 
				Daniel R. Coffey of Azimuth Engineering, Inc. TN No. 1578, dated 
				June 20, 2014. LEGAL DESCRIPTION TAKEN FROM PREVIOUS 
				DEED. BEING the same property conveyed to 
				Hector Avila and Bobbie Delanoy, as Joint Tenants With Right of 
				Survivorship, by Warranty Deed from Reta Pirozzoli, dated August 
				30, 2022, and which is of record in Deed Book 690A, page 2460, 
				in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. 
				For further reference see an Agreed Order in Case No. 
				2023-CV-288 in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, 
				Tennessee, appointing the Clerk and Master as Special 
				Commissioner. Affixed to the real estate and conveyed 
				as part of the of the realty is a 1977 BAYV N01 HS Manufactured 
				Home.
