            In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, I will, on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., at the Greene County Courthouse at 101 South Main Street in Greeneville, Tennessee, sell to the best and highest bidder(s) various tracts/parcels of real estate.  The names of owners, the amount of the respective debt, and the description of the property are being stated herein below.

TERMS OF SALE

Sale will be made for CASH (or CHECK) subject to the equity of redemption.* The lands against which the said Judgments/Orders have been entered or will be entered are the subject of a lien and will be sold separately.  Said sales are being made for the purpose of satisfying the terms of the Judgments for 2014 and 2015 County and City real property taxes; same being the amount of tax [inclusive of subsequent years' taxes, if any, that have been turned over to the Clerk and Master, interest, fees, and costs, including an additional $100 dollars (pursuant to TCA 8-21-401(b)(1)(F)], as of the month of said sale, against the said respective tracts/parcels of land.

*Redemption period, possibly as short as 180 days in length, as determined by the Court [pursuant to TCA 67-5-2701(a)].

**Publication costs are at a pro rata amount for the charge by The Greeneville Sun, now, known at $42.89 per parcel.

             In the event the hereinbelow tracts/parcels have been the subject of a prior years' delinquent property tax lawsuit, the Clerk and Master defers to the previous tax attorney(s).
